DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery is FREE to UK Mainland Only for orders above £60 and placed on the retail site.
For orders below £60, the standard delivery charge is £4.50.
Delivery time is usually between 2 - 5 working days for clocks and 10-15 working days for Art, within the UK. However we only guarantee delivery within 21 days. If you require an urgent delivery please email to advise.
For European and Worldwide destinations please enter the country for delivery on the Checkout page to see the delivery charge.
TERMS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your own system, we cannot guarantee that you will receive product with precisely the same colour as your monitor showed. All products have been fairly described and the dimensions given are approximate only.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time should it not meet our high quality standards.
All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT when shown in the ‘Checkout’. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down.
Returns Policy:
Any product received that has been damaged or is faulty, that is reported to Brookpace Lascelles within 7 working days of receipt, will be credited in full, and you will be entitled to a full refund. If the product received is not to your complete satisfaction, but has not been subject to any damage, and is reported to Brookpace Lascelles within 7 working days of receipt, will be credited in full, excluding any delivery charges. For wall art orders, please note a 25% handling charge will be applied if returned after delivery, as these products are specifically hand made as per your order.
To Return an Item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to Brookpace Lascelles. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. For wall art orders, please note a 25% handling charge will be applied if cancelled whilst in production or returned after delivery, as these products are specifically hand made as per your order.
Cancelling an Item:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.
To cancel this contract, please notify Brookpace Lascelles in writing, giving the reason for the cancellation. Please package the relevant item securely and return it to us at Acctim House, Jenna Way, Interchange Park, Newport Pagnell, MK16 9QJ.
For clock orders we will endeavour to deliver your order within 5 working days and for wall art orders within 21 working days. However Holiday periods such as Christmas may affect this.
For wall art orders, please note a 25% handling charge will be applied if cancelled whilst in production or returned after delivery, as these products are specifically hand made as per your order.
A delivery charge may be made for all orders. The charge will be quoted to you at the time you place an order. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, we will dispatch part of your order to you - with the remainder following later. The delivery charge will be levied when the first part of the order is sent to you.
In all respects, English law governs all contracts formed between Brookpace Lascelles and customers as a result of using this site. All users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Until a customer's credit or debit card has been charged for the sale of our products or services, no contract will exist or apply between a customer and Brookpace Lascelles. The charging of the customer's card will be deemed our acceptance of their offer and the effective communication of our acceptance to them.
This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
